Attorney Cathy S. Netburn has over 36 years of experience in the practice of law.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate conveyancing, title examination, creating, drafting and reviewing land use documents, commercial and residential lending as well as the business formational requirements of these activities.  Attorney Netburn was associated with DLPN from 1985 to 1997 and rejoined the firm as a principal in 1998.  Attorney Netburn is known for her practical and straight forward representation of developers, lenders and individuals in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions.  Her outgoing style and personalized approach to conveyancing have earned her a lasting reputation for honesty, creativity, reliability and success.

Attorney Netburn is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis (B.A 1982) and Boston University Law School (J.D. 1985).  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.

Cathy is certified as a Long-Term Care ombudsman by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs and has volunteered as an ombudsman with Baypath Elder Services.
