Attorney Louis N. Levine has over 45 years of experience in the practice of law and is a founding member and principal of the firm.  Attorney Levine concentrates his practice in the areas of land use, including 40B developments and litigation related thereto.  Beginning in 1974 and continuing to date, Attorney Levine has been counsel for numerous 40B projects.  He is known for his no-nonsense business advice, permitting expertise and as a tough negotiator, fierce advocate and loyal counselor.  His litigation techniques are efficient, inventive, timely and focused on achieving his clients' objectives, recognizing the interrelated and competing land use, title, financing and business aspects.

Attorney Levine is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and received his J.D. at Boston College Law School.
