Attorney Maryann Cassidy has practiced law for over 36 years. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential development and real estate conveyancing.  Attorney Cassidy joined the firm in 2005 after her 13-year association with a Boston firm.

Attorney Cassidy has significant expertise in major residential developments and condominium projects, including all business structure and financial aspects required for the same.  She is known for her innovative and detail-oriented approach in the representation of clients ranging from individuals to major corporations.  Though her experience is extensive, her loyalty, integrity and personalized client relationships remain the cornerstone of her reputation.

Attorney Cassidy is a graduate of Miami University at Oxford, Ohio (B.A. 1983), Suffolk University School of Law (J.D. 1986) and Boston University School of Law (L.L.M. 1988).  She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Tax Court.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.  Ms. Cassidy also has a strong commitment to charitable giving, having founded a charitable foundation and through it raising over one half of a million dollars for cancer research.
